Lauren Palmaccio, LMHC
Lauren Palmaccio is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island. She has worked for over a decade to provide cognitive behavioral and strength-based therapy to adults, adolescents and children.
Patients can receive a wide variety of counseling services at Palmaccio Therapy, including individual counseling, family and couples therapy, as well as workshops, according to their needs and preferences.
As a licensed Psychotherapist, Lauren Palmaccio specializes in the emotional and behavioral challenges of children and adolescents, couples and marriage counseling, as well as anxiety, depression, and trauma or PTSD counseling.

Lauren Palmaccio embraces an approach to clinical counseling and therapy that helps her to identify her clients’ therapeutic needs with compassion. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is used to work together with patients to uncover any unhealthy or negative thought patterns that might contribute to self-destructive behaviors and belief systems.
Play Therapy is a structured, theoretically-based approach to therapy, that builds on the normal communicative and learning processes of children.
Couples therapy and workshops are offered to help patients who are in a relationship, contemplating marriage, or are currently married. It can also be helpful with patients who are dealing with difficult issues surrounding a separation, break-up or divorce.

Lauren Palmaccio, LMHC is a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association. She is also a member of the International Association of Trauma Professionals and is a recipient of National Honors in Psychology.
She currently holds certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP) and maintains licensure in both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Prior to practicing in the Private Sector, Lauren Palmaccio served as the Clinical Director of a Massachusetts treatment facility, and as the Clinical Team Lead of a Behavioral Health Contract in Rhode Island. Palmaccio Therapy has two locations, one in North Attleboro, Massachusetts and another in Barrington, Rhode Island.
Kristi Lombardo, NCC, LMHC
Kristi Lombardo is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor as well as a Nationally Certified Counselor. She enhances her clinical skills through continuing education courses and workshops to remain current with best practices.
Kristi’s goal is to create a safe, comfortable and therapeutic environment. She will assist you with capitalizing upon your strengths and talents, teach effective coping skills and identify strategies for growth and development with children, teens, adults, families and couples.
Kristi has experience working in a variety of settings including public schools, a partial hospital program and a substance abuse clinic. Kristi demonstrates a commitment to all populations served along with a genuine and empathic approach. Specialties include emotional and behavioral challenges, couples/marriage counseling, panic, anxiety, depression, self-destructive and risk-taking behaviors.
Play therapy and Cardio Kids Yoga will be shared with purpose for children and teens. Cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques will be incorporated to redirect toxic thought patterns. We will set realistic goals to promote balance and improve overall health and well being.

Kristi Lombardo, NCC, LMHC is a member of the American Mental Health Counselors Association and is certified in school counseling as well as teaching the ancient science of yoga to toddlers to teens. She takes pride in continuing her education and is currently pursuing certification as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP).
Shannon Garrison, LMHC
Shannon Garrison, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Art Therapist providing services at our Attleboro, MA office. She utilizes traditional therapy and therapeutic art processes to assist children, adolescents, adults and couples in addressing emotional and behavioral challenges. Shannon specializes in creating a safe, comfortable therapeutic environment that fosters growth and allows for teaching effective coping strategies.
Shannon Garrison embraces a strength-based approach to clinical counseling that helps her to identify her clients’ therapeutic needs with compassion. Kristen Reber, LMHC
Kristen Reber is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Rhode Island. She is dedicated to continued education and constant growth as a clinician to best suit her clients needs.
Kristen prides herself in a collaborative approach with her clients, developing an individualized treatment plan based on each of her clients specific needs, talents and therapeutic goals. Her main goal in counseling is to develop a genuine therapeutic relationship with her clients leading to a safe environment where each of her clients can reach their desired goals. Kristen specializes in working with families, adults, young adults teens and pre-teens.
Kristen has worked in the field of counseling for just under 10 years. During that time she has gained experience working in a variety of settings including a group home, a college counseling center and an intensive in home family therapy program.
Kristen has worked with clients to build self-esteem, empower them to make positive changes, develop positive coping skills, deepen self-awareness, rebuild family relationships, develop open communication and reach their desired goals through collaborative therapy.
Kristen takes a strength-based approach with her clients, providing specialized care using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Expressive Arts Therapy and Family Systems Therapy depending on the clients needs.

Jacquelyn Oppler, LICSW
Jacquelyn Oppler is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker in both Rhode Island and Massachusetts. She earned her Master’s Degree in Clinical Social Work from Boston University and recently received a graduate certificate in Forensic Criminology from the University of Massachusetts. She is dedicated to expanding her practice with evidence-based tools, and is committed to attending continuing education and classroom learning opportunities. Jacquelyn is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and also practices cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), expressive therapies, and harm reduction models. She maintains membership in the National Association of Social Workers (NASW).
Prior to joining Palmaccio Therapy, Jacquelyn has worked in a range of settings including public schools, residential treatment facilities for adolescents, outpatient mental health providers, and the public defender’s office. She is committed to working with clients struggling with any number of challenges, including trauma, addiction, anxiety, and other behavioral challenges. Jacquelyn believes that the clients hold the answers to their emotional and behavioral challenges, and she encourages the discovery and implementation of coping skills and positive thought patterns. She combines traditional psychotherapy with expressive techniques to assist clients in connecting with themselves and reaching their goals.

Brooks Saul, LICSW
Brooks is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker providing services at our N. Attleboro office. He offers a safe, relaxed environment for clients to become curious about their emotional experience, and more fully connected to their essential selves and inner resilience. to the client-therapist dynamic help us own core strengths, grow beyond problems, and blaze highly-individual new paths.
Brooks specializes in supporting adolescents and young adults around anxiety, depression, interpersonal trauma, neurodiversity and ADHD, school or early career stressors, self-esteem issues, existential concerns, and healthy relationships. Collaborative sessions are tailored to client goals and preferences but are likely to include attention to underlying meanings for symptoms and self-protecting, unconscious patterns of thinking and behavior. Frequently, mindfulness-based approaches are incorporated to further emotional regulation, self-compassion, and mind-body awareness.
Prior to joining Palmaccio Therapy, Brooks provided school- and clinic-based counseling at a community mental health agency. He has additional school-based experience across compulsory education levels; at the college level, as an advisor; as well as in intensive residential, community-based acute treatment, and group home settings.

Jaclyn Houston, LICSW
Over the past 12 years I have worked in schools and treatment centers with adolescents,adults, couples, families, and groups. Most recently I have been working with first responders and military personnel within all branches. I have learned so much from the people I have had the pleasure of helping throughout the years. I come from a place of non judgment, compassion and fortitude. The most rewarding part of my career is helping people gain stability in a stronger, more secure sense of self.
Life can bring on so many challenges. Often times we can feel so alone, lost, and confused. It can take a lot of courage to ask for help. I am here to help you reach your goals and to develop a stronger sense of control over your life. I will support you in problem solving, relationships, gaining insights, and with healing from past experiences. For those who love animals, I specialize in Animal-Assisted Therapy and am often accompanied by my canine companion.
